Hi, I’m Brea – the founder designer behind DesignedByBre.

DesignedByBre is built on one mission: to make every woman feel like the most confident and empowered version of herself, no matter her size. As a plus-size woman who spent years struggling to feel comfortable in her own skin, I created this brand to change the narrative.

My designs are crafted to celebrate every curve and help you step into any room like you own it. At DesignedByBre, it’s not just about fashion – it’s about feeling bold, beautiful, and unapologetically you.

For the past 8 years, I’ve been working within the fashion industry. My experience ranges from creating and designing clothes in classes, to working in The Mercedes Benz fashion conferences, to having my designs showcased in New York Fashion Week (NYFW), to even holding a design position at American Eagle. Fashion has always fascinated me, whether it's fashion merchandising, fashion editorials, or designing and sketching custom pieces. Currently, I’m focusing on customizable denim and velour sweatsuits! Make sure to keep an eye out this summer for my upcoming Swimwear and Denim Line.
